Rick,

It seems like we always hear the negative and never any positive feedback. I always attempt to point out the positive when I can. I have been working with your employee, Heiko Luehrs, for container and the remote less-than-container export shipments. Heiko has always been professional, prompt and very efficient. I have requested delivery at times on short notice and Heiko has always come through, never letting Erico or our customers down. I have come to rely on his export knowledge and even quizzed him - I have never been disappointed.

I have gotten nothing but excellent service. It always helps when you have contact people with whom you have trust. I have found this with Heiko and I would like to take this opportunity to express my thank you to you.
